it is a win for the environment while it saves taxpayers money. that is not one of her specific puzzles, but it's the kind of idea and fresh thinking we welcome. one of our papers announced today directly addresses local and state government problems. many parks are operated by governments facing cutbacks or even shutdowns. there are experiences with contracting out management of park activities and our authors have traced that experience and have really put together some practical proposals for local governments and state governments that might be looking at those kinds of things. our proposals explore ways working within the regulatory system to allow economic activity by meeting environmental goals and less cumbersome ways to know if you're one of those proposed as later this morning. other saints that receive government funding, the more encouragingly, better environmental resource to cooperative committee. i want to thank you all for participating and i look forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas today.
